Comfortable room, convenient location, well-maintained amenities like the indoor pool and jacuzzi provide a nice touch after a long day, and it's just a short drive from the airport.

Our stay was a disaster! We found mold in the bathroom and garbage on the floor in the first room.

The room was okay-looking but not very clean. There was a weird smell—like wintergreen—and old dry blood on the shower curtain. The toilet seat was broken and never got fixed. Not great for a room I expected to be comfortable. At least the pool area was decent, but honestly, I didn’t feel like using most facilities because of the cleanliness issues.

The pool area was enjoyable, and the staff was quite friendly and attentive during our stay. However, the rooms could definitely use better cleaning, as we encountered various issues, including dirty bedding and inadequate amenities. A more thorough cleaning service would improve the experience significantly.

The state of the room left much to be desired. the smoke detector was improperly covered, and mold was present in the bathroom. Trash and unkempt bedding marred the hallways, while reports of bugs in the bed escalated the discomfort, along with a lack of responsiveness from management to these serious concerns. Trying to access basic items like extra blankets felt like pulling teeth, and the absence of thorough cleaning or toiletries was disappointing, to say the least.

The lobby had a lovely fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage and providing recommendations for nearby restaurants. I appreciated the easy accessibility of the facilities for seniors, making my stay comfortable.

my stay at a previous hotel in billings was rough, but this place exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable night. the staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout the visit.

The front desk was pretty good considering the mess they had to deal with, they did their best in a tough situation. The lobby had an ice water dispenser which was refreshing after a long day.

It wasn't cheap either but you could say it was somewhat acceptable.

The hot tub and pool were clean. My kids loved the water-slide. Breakfast options were decent, but they mostly catered to those who enjoy refined carbs. I found the price fair and the room was tidy enough for our needs.
